Up Religious Observance As a structure belonging to the Jewish Community of Milan, the RSA Arzaga, open to all Lombard citizens, bases its activity on the principles and traditions of the Jewish religion. Religious observance is taken care of with the performance of regular functions on Saturdays and other Jewish holidays and related entertainment activities. Cultural lessons and activities related to the study of Judaism are regularly scheduled with the collaboration of the rabbinical office. The observance of the kosher diet (food rules) is placed under the supervision of the Chief Rabbi of the Jewish Community of Milan, in respect of which foods that are not certified kosher cannot be introduced into the structure. In compliance with all religious convictions, residents adhering to other confessions can ask for religious assistance from members of their faith. Up Back to Services

È fornita assistenza infermieristica sulle 24 ore, assistenza farmaceutica in linea con quanto prescritto dal servizio sanitario regionale e tutti gli ausili opportuni (ausili per incontinenti, ossigenoterapia, ausili per la cura e prevenzione del decubito.) Up Nursing 24-hour nursing assistance is provided, pharmaceutical assistance in line with what is prescribed by the regional health service and all appropriate aids (incontinence aids, oxygen therapy, aids for the treatment and prevention of decubitus) are provided. L'assistenza fisioterapica e garantita a tutti i residente della RSA Arzaga di Milano. Le attività di fisioterapia vengono svolte in gruppo oppure in base ad un piano personalizzato. Up Physiotherapy Physiotherapy activities can be carried out individually or in groups. Individual activities are carried out on the basis of the needs of each individual Resident and are scheduled at specific and defined times for each individual. Collective or group activities include gentle gymnastics and movement-therapy courses, yoga and other activities, even for small groups. The physiotherapy service is responsible for the range of walking aids and, together with the prescribing doctor, requests these aids for those who need them. Le camere sono in totale 60 di cui 42 doppie e 18 singole, sono tutte dotate di bagno. Molte camere hanno il proprio ampio balcone, alcuni con affaccio interno sul giardino, altri con affaccio sulla città. Lunch and dinner consist of several courses and include water and wine. The weekly menu is prepared according to the principles agreed with the Health Management and is made known daily to all residents sufficiently in advance, (variations are however accepted, on request) by posting in the common areas and reading by the staff. Special diets must be prescribed by the doctor. Satisfaction checks are periodically carried out and, as far as possible, interventions aimed at increasing guest satisfaction with regard to the catering service are implemented. Particular attention is paid to the nutritional needs of fragile residents, through the supervision of specific parameters and focused interventions, when necessary. Meals are served at the following times: Breakfast : from 8.30 to 9.30 Lunch : in the restaurant at 11:45 am; in the dining rooms on the floors at 11:30 am.
