Catering

The service includes breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner, which are prepared every day in the kitchen of the house, equipped for the preparation of kosher menus.

Lunch and dinner consist of several courses and include water and wine. The weekly menu is prepared according to the principles agreed with the Health Management and is made known daily to all residents sufficiently in advance, (variations are however accepted, on request) by posting in the common areas and reading by the staff.

 

Special diets must be prescribed by the doctor.

Satisfaction checks are periodically carried out and, as far as possible, interventions aimed at increasing guest satisfaction with regard to the catering service are implemented.

 

Particular attention is paid to the nutritional needs of fragile residents, through the supervision of specific parameters and focused interventions, when necessary.

 

Meals are served at the following times:

  • Breakfast : from 8.30 to 9.30

  • Lunch : in the restaurant at 11:45 am;
    in the dining rooms on the floors at 11:30 am.

  • Dinner : in the restaurant at 18:30;
    in the dining rooms on the floors at 6.15 pm.
